The first thing you may think of when someone mentions that Chrysler has been recognized as being great for moms is that their vehicles are perfect for hauling kids around.
And that's true; Chrysler Group as a whole makes wonderful vehicles for moms hauling kids around. If busy moms are searching for North Olmstead car dealers with minivans or crossover utility vehicles available in their showroom to make their lives a little easier, they'll find respite in a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country, 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, or 2014 Dodge Journey, complete with available video entertainment to settle down rambunctious little ones in the back (or even not so little ones), right here at Brunswick Auto Mart.
In this instance, however, it's the company itself which has been recognized for the fourteenth time as a great place for moms to work.
"As an employee and mother I am proud that Chrysler Group provides the programs and resources to help our employees balance the demands of work and family, and meet the demands of our high-performance work culture," said Nancy a. Rae, Senior Vice President for Human Resources.
Some of the factors which earned Chrysler recognition and inclusion on the 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers list were support of workplace advancement, women's issues, leave policies for parents, flexibility in workplace arrangements, and general workplace environment and culture.
Chrysler has been lauded on multiple occasions for their support of a diverse, inclusive, and talented workforce. Chrysler supports several Employee Resource Groups to promote awareness of issues like diversity, enhance employees' work lives, and provide services and products for a diverse range of employees and customers.
"Women are an important part of Chrysler Group's commitment to diversity and inclusion, and we are privileged to be able to continue the legacy... This commitment will continue to be a source of competitive advantage for our Company," said Rae.
